We had the honor of participating as a sponsor at the 30th Congress of the Hellenic Glaucoma Society, held at the Hotel Grande Bretagne from March 19 to 21, 2026, following an invitation from its President, Dr. Ioannis Chalkiadakis.

Participating ophthalmologists had the opportunity to learn about the scientifically documented benefits of the bioactive components of ROMEGA® in the management of glaucoma. Recent clinical data suggest that herring caviar oil may act as a neuroprotective supplement for patients with primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG). Specifically, in patients with controlled intraocular pressure, daily intake of ROMEGA® for three months led to a statistically significant improvement in visual field mean deviation (MD), with no adverse effects observed during the study period.

These findings suggest that ROMEGA® may be a safe and potentially effective adjunct for protecting vision in patients with glaucoma, even when intraocular pressure (IOP) is already well controlled.
